Vanaf 30-01-2025 vernieuwen wij onze telefooncentrale.

U belt hetzelfde nummer (020-6191815). U hoort een keuzemenu.

Spoed: 9. U krijgt direct een assistente aan de lijn.

Afspraak maken: 5. De assistente belt u terug.

Annuleren afspraak: 3. Graag minimaal 24 uur voor uw afspraak.

Opvragen uitslag: 4.

Herhaalrecept: 2.

Als u geen terugbelafspraak wilt, blijf dan aan de lijn. Mogelijk duurt het wachten langer dan een terugbelafspraak.

Wij willen hiermee wachttijden aan de telefoon verkorten. Ook helpt dit onze assistenten om u ongestoord te helpen.
